沉 痛 哀 悼

前越南西堤廣肇醫院駐院西醫師

陳豐醫師同事，慟於二○一三年六月廿八日壽終於美國賓夕凡尼亞州費城，溯生於西元一九四九年八月廿二日，積閏享壽六十有七歲。

陳醫師一生勤奮，待人和藹，越南戰亂，舉家先遷澳大利亞，九○年再移遷美國賓夕凡尼亞州南費城，重建家園，建業興家。如今兒女亦各有所成，方期享受天倫，豈料天不假年，撤手西歸，噩訊傳來，同人等深感痛惜哀傷悼念！

陳府經已涓吉於二○一三年七月二日中午，於Lansdale市Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home舉行安葬儀式（見該殯儀館訃告），同人等謹表哀思悼念。謹代訃

BS TRAN PHONG (MD)

August 22, 1949 – June 28, 2013

Phong Tran, MD, 63, of North Wales, died Friday, June 28, 2013 at his residence. He was the husband of Bich-Ngoc Thi Truong.

Born August 22, 1949 in Vietnam, he was a son of the late Lai Tran and Luoi Ta.

Dr. Tran graduated the University of Saigon Medical School in 1974. He moved to Australia with his family during the 1980s and relocate to South Philadelphia in 1990. Dr. Tran was a member of the American Medical Association and was active with his medical school and high school alumni groups.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Dung Hanh Tran and her husband, Joshua , of Bensalem; son, Thai Tran of North Wales; grandson, Micah Slatko; three brothers; and three sisters.

Relatives and friends may call after 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, 701 Derstine Ave., Lansdale, followed by the Funeral Service at 12 Noon. Interment will be in Beulah Cemetery, New Britain.
